Exporting Files from an Archive to a Mobile Device
You can download or export files from your Permanent archive to your device using the mobile app to share with family and friends who are not Permanent members using the Share to Another App feature. Choose how you would like to share your memories -- send them via text or email, save them to your device, or post them to social media. Your friends and family members don't need a Permanent account to view them!
To export a file, tap the menu icon to the right of the file or folder name, then tap Share to Another App.
Once the file is exported, you can choose where on your device you would like to save the file, or you can choose an app such as your email, messaging app, or social media to share the file. If you choose email or text messaging, you can immediately begin a message to send the exported file to your friends and family. If you choose a social media app, you can post the file directly to your social media page.
